Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. The Old Butcher's House Benalla - Cottage Charm

Step through the ornate stained glass door and soak up the period charm of a self-contained oasis built in 1887. The blend of original features and modern styling includes 12-foot cedar ceilings, Murray pine floors, lead light windows, and original fireplaces. (The fireplaces are not functional and are for decor purposes only. (Split air conditioners and Hydronic heating keep you at your desired temperature).

Self contained 2 bedroom apartment located at the end of large machinery shed on our farm. Sit on the verandah and enjoy the outlook onto the Stathbogie Ranges. 7km to Avenel. Please let us know if you need help with finding things to do or places to eat at. You cannot get bored in this region!
