Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with two off street parking spots. The Surf Sanctuary retreat is minutes away from remote beaches and redwoods. Please note: Redwood Park is 30 minutes away. The sanctuary is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house with a full kitchen and bathroom. We are located within a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 30 minutes away from Redwood State and National Parks. Perfect launch location for hiking, surfing, cycling and enjoying this amazing place. Enjoy our beautiful quiet space for relaxation and renewal. The space is shoe and scent free.

Rose Garden Bungalow

Rose Garden bungalow is part of Creekside Arts, an collective supporting the arts in Humboldt County. As a guest your will enjoy a quiet, cozy studio cottage situated on 2 landscaped acres surrounded by redwoods, a 10 minute drive to either Arcata or Eureka. There is much to discover and experience right on the property: a library, perfect for reflection and writing; fruit trees, roses and other flowers, vegetable garden, an artist gazebo/studio, our chickens and bees, and a bocce ball court.

The oversized covered front porch provides a weather protected outside living room area, ideal for gathering with friends and to enjoy the ducks and chickens that amble the expansive country yard.

This cozy little private cottage is tucked into the corner of a fenced backyard in a pleasant suburban neighborhood less than a 5 minute drive to historic Old Town and the waterfront. About 1 mile from the ancient redwoods and ferns of Sequoia Park, the zoo, and the new Redwood Sky Walk high amid the amazing trees. It has a large and luxurious tub made for two people, hardwood floor, skylights, a small south-facing patio with chairs and lounges, equipped kitchenette , WiFi and a loveseat.

NO FIRES ALLOWED - anyone who breaks this rule will be fined $300.
