Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft kommt man zu Fuß binnen 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Salzburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 100 m entfernt. Die Wohnung hat 27 qm und ist großzügig eingeteilt. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken, Handtuchtrockner, Föhn und beleuchteten Kosmetikspiegel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, ein Lift ist vorhanden. EIn Carportparkplatz kann extra angemietet werden, ansonsten ist ein Parkplatz je nach Verfügbarkeit vorhanden.

Diese Lage macht das ganze Jahr über Städtebummler, Abenteurer und Sportler glücklich, aber auch alle, die einfach nur mit Bergblick aufwachen und das Panorama bestaunen wollen. Das Zentrum von Salzburg ist in 10-15 Minuten per Bus oder mit dem Auto erreichbar.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Our apartment is located in the Schmittenstraße Zell am See. The house have multiple holiday apartments. This apartment is in the first floor. Here you have 2 bedrooms, each one for 2 persons. You also have a living room with dining area and a modern kitchen. The living room and also one bedroom have a balcony. In the basement there's a table tennis which is available and for shared use.

Der neue, in traditioneller Architektur errichtete Holzblock Bau, mit Schafwolle gedämmt, befindet sich in den idyllischen Seen und Salzkammergutgebiet Nähe des Salzburgrings. Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Salzburg oder Bad Ischl ist in nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von hier aus können Sie im ca Halb Stunden Takt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ausflugsziele antreten.
