Beautiful ground level apartment in Duck Creek Village, Utah located in the gorgeous Southern Utah mountains. Accessible year-round, you can enjoy all seasons in comfort. ATV and Snowmobile trails allow you to ride straight from the parking lot in front of the front door. The kitchen has a mini fridge, two burner stove, and a convection microwave. The bedroom is separate from the family/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen log bed with a bathroom.

Secluded setting on the Fremont River. Walk-in Lower level apt. w/4 large windows--no stairs--overlooking the river. We've tried to think of everything you might need. Deck has a gas BBQ, table & chairs. Bathroom w/2-seater shower, kitchen fully equipped & stocked with some basic food items; flat screen TV & WiFi. At 7000 ft elev., nights are cool and the days are warm. House is on 2 acres and the river attracts coyotes, deer, birds, ducks, and muskrats.
