This cozy apartment has all the new amenities you will want! Not to mention, you are only 4 miles away from the beautiful Presque Isle. If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful getaway, this is the place for you! There is another Airbnb on the property which is the house of lower level.There is no shared living space and entrances.

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Our cozy 1 bdrm apartment is 1 mi. from Waldameer Park, 2 mi. from Presque Isle State Park, and within a 10-minute drive from any Erie hospital. We have everything you'll need in your home away from home. There is plenty of off-street parking with special accommodations for larger vehicles. We love to decorate for holidays, so please come visit us in the fall and winter. Travel nurses are especially welcome, we are happy to offer special discounts to our off-season or long-term guests.

This 1889 newly remodeled farm house is located right across the road from the Comfort Inn and right off the Findley lake exit. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ski resort. Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.

North East Cottage is a quaint, two level cottage nestled between 16 mile creek and Lake Erie. It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.
