Sun n'Chill is the perfect spot for a relaxed and convenient holiday! My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and we are so glad to have found this gem. The property is rather secluded, which makes it a quiet place. However, there are many good taverns and nice beaches close by for which you should have a car. The site is well-kept with a neat outdoor area in which you can chill and hang around or do some outdoor activities that are offered (gym, table tennis...). The apartments are clean and modern and you have everything you need. We spent the first part of our vacation in one of the smaller studios which had a nice ocean view. Although it isn't very big, you have enough space to store all of your belongings and the little kitchen is also very well equipped. The bigger apartment that we spent the last few days in was just perfect, there are two balconies and a very big living room with a big kitchen. We really appreciated the maid service as well, you get new towels every two days and the apartment is cleaned regularly. They even provide high quality shampoo and shower gel which is a big plus considering you can't take too much with you on the plane. The private beach is a big plus as it is so close to the property. It is usually very empty and quiet and there are nice sunbeds and umbrellas so you can easily spend a whole day there. We also went to the pool next to the property, where food and drinks are served, there's also a pool table. What makes the place so special are the hosts, Christos and Yannis, who do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you want to explore the island or make a trip to Paxos, they are incredibly helpful and enjoy planning it with you. Their hospitality is outstanding and makes you really feel at home!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν ιδανική! Καθαρό σπίτι, ήσυχο, πληρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος! Μεγάλη ευκολία ήταν το παρκινγκ ακριβώς έξω απο το σπίτι. Η φιλοξενία του Σπύρου και της Καλλιόπης μοναδική, όταν χρειαστηκαμε την βοήθεια τους, μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα! Τους ευχαριστούμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Our stay with Fanis was amazing. To start, Fanis, met us right at the port when our boat arrived. He took us directly to location of his Airbnb. He was very communicative when had questions or concerns. The home was very clean and extremely comfortable both inside and out. I would recommend anyone stay here as they will not be disappointed in the least bit.

We had a great stay at this airy, spacious apartment. The apartment had three double bedrooms of good size, each with air condition and access to a balcony. There was also a 4th single bedroom/office. The living room was very spacious and well decorated. It suited a larger group of people very well. The apartment was well located, an approx 10 minutes walk to the historic centre of Preveza, and a similar distance to the city beach, Kiani Akti. It was on a quiet street, and had shaded parking for two cars. The host was very welcoming, and the apartment was clean and well equipped.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή με το σπίτι να είναι πολύ καθαρό, πολύ εύκολο να το βρει κάποιος στο χωριό, με ωραία φύση. 25 χιλιόμετρα από Πρέβεζα και 10΄ λεπτά από τις γνωστές παραλίες. 5χλμ από το μνημείο του Ζαλόγγου. Ο κ. Θεόδωρος έχει το σπίτι σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση και είναι εξυπηρετικότατος. Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία. Να πάτε...

Great house. Quiet and out of town enough for relaxation and close 1k 20min walk to Giaos. Aircon great. Broadband dropped out after storm but fixed quickly. All amenities available lovely outside shower bbq and patio area. TVs in bedrooms and big showers room with washer inside. Met owners who were fantastic and hospitable. Got mopeds which were the best way to get around. We were all very comfortable and well provided for and will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much from the family! 👏👏👍

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

Für uns war die Wohnung sehr praktisch gelegen. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Alle notwendigen Infos wurden vorab geteilt.

Mandy’s place is an absolute gem. Hidden in the mountains of Tzoumerka is the absolute best place to find yourself in peace and tranquility. I highly recommended this establishment. 5/5

Una casa moderna y agradable. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, nos dejó café para desayunar y agua fría en la nevera. Quizá un poco caro en temporada alta. Muchas gracias.

Η διαμονη μας στο διαμέρισμα έκανε την εκδρομή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη! Η Βιβη ήταν μια πολύ διακριτική και παράλληλη ζέστη οικοδέσποινα που είχε φροντίσει κάθε λεπτομέρεια ώστε να αισθανθούμε όσο πιο άνετα γίνεται!

Πρόκειται μια αρκετα value for money επιλογή σε ένα πανέμορφο μερος.Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολυ φιλόξενοι και φιλικοί ενω το μέρος ήταν όπως ακριβώς φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες και στην περιγραφή ενω εοισης η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη. Κοντα βρίσκεται ταβέρνα η οποια Σάββατο Κυριακή μαζεύει πολυ κοσμο οποτε θα πρεπει να πατε με το που ανοίξει (7-8) γιατι μετα γίνεται μάχη. Το μονο αρνητικο στην εμπειρία μας ηταν η πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα,αφου ακολουθησαμε το δρομο που μπαινει μεσα στο χωριο και οχι την εξοδο Β, ο οποίος ειχε ακραία αποτομες ανηφόρες και ετσι το ενα αμαξι το αφησαμε κατω αφου παραλιγο δεν μας έφυγε σε χαντάκι.Γενικα το χωριο μεσα είναι προσβάσιμο απο αυτοκινητα με τετρακίνηση η τυπου τζιπ εκτος αν δεν λυπάσαι ιδιαίτερα το αμάξι σου...Τα συμβατικα ισως δυσκολεύουν σε πολλα σημεια. Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενια.Εις το επανιδείν 🙋

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice and helpful. Check-in was purely done in person so the host walks you through everything once you arrive. The room was comfortable and quiet other than when the other rooms come/go (but that would be similar anywhere). Close proximity to multiple restaurants and the area felt safe at night.

In the heart of the village, very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend

Άριστη φιλοξενία και εξυπηρέτηση από τον οικοδεσπότη , ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο .

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Villa Sarai! Wir wurden sehr herzlich und mit großer Freundlichkeit von Babis (der Papa vom Gastgeber) willkommen geheißen. Das Apartment und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Mit dem Auto sind sehr viele schöne Strände zu erreichen (5 - 10 min). Natürlich haben wir von Babis auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Davon haben wir auch viel gemacht (Strände, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (die Mama vom Gastgeber) ist auch so lieb. Sobald man was brauchte, war es in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Meine Tochter (3.5 Jahre alt) hat auch ein süßes Geschenk von ihr bekommen. Da hat sie sich sehr gefreut. Klimaanlagen sind auch vorhanden, was super in der Augusthitze war. Jeden Morgen hat meine Tochter auch mit den süßen Katzen dort gespielt. Was auch sehr positiv war und was uns davor nicht so bekannt war: jeden 2. Tag wird sauber gemacht und man bekommt neue Handtücher. ♥️

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Το σπίτι ειναι στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων δίπλα στην Νομαρχία. Πολύ καθαρός και όμορφος χώρος. Είχε μέχρι και στρώμα γυμναστικής και βαράκια! Ο Δημήτρης και ο πατέρας του απαντούσανε πάντα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα μου.

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και πολύ προσεγμένος με όμορφες πινελιές... Πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και η κυρία Μαρία και η κόρη της ευγνενέστατες και πρόθυμες να εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι ζητήσαμε... Αν είχα και άλλα αστέρια θα έβαζα.
