Each room features artworks many from local artists. The kitchen is well equipped with enough crockery, cutlery and glassware for you to throw a dinner party if you desire! Perfect for children - swing in the garden, fish in the pond .. Perfect for two or three adult couples with option of single or KS in the third bed room.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Chesterfarm and Stables

Our property has been lovingly, restored, with a difference. We have one bedroom located off the front verandah and one bedroom accessible from the back entry and two bedrooms within the home, great for two families, giving people their own space. Surrounded by 74 acres, only 5 minutes from Albany CBD. There is a large farmhouse kitchen, beautifully furnished areas. On balmy nights you can huddle around a cosy fire pit under the stars roasting marshmallows and relaxing with a glass of wine

Driftwood Beach House, Emu Point - stroll to beach

This classic 1960’s three-bedroom beach house is a 5-minute stroll from Emu Point beach, marina, and fantastic Emu Point cafe. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 3 comfortable bedrooms with plush mattresses for a great night’s sleep. After a day exploring the beach or local attractions, unwind on the deck with garden and bushland views. Filled with charming character and delightful quirks, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beachside lifestyle.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Stingray Beachhouse

Stingray Beachhouse is a large 5 bedroom house, 50 metres from the clear water at beautiful Emu Point. It is the perfect location for that ultimate beachside getaway. At Stingray you can fully relax. The house has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and two good sized living areas, one of which includes an open plan kitchen/dining area. The house is fully furnished with comfortable stylish furniture. Linen is provided. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Smeg oven.

Situated near the infamous Emu Point with parkland and swings for the little ones, glorious tiered grass zones, family friendly ocean with barbecue facilities as well as the ever popular Emu Point Cafe (7.30am - 4pm daily) and fish and chips from The Squid Shack (Fri-Sun 11am - 7pm) all within walking distance. Cycle paths are abundant

Enjoy a quiet retreat or bring the whole family to this comfortable, spacious guesthouse, nestled in by the peppermint trees along the Middleton Beach-Emu Point bike path and next to the stunning Albany Golf Course. The house is a 2 minute walk to the Albany Golf Clubhouse and a 5 minute walk to Dune Brewery - check websites for lunch and dinner menus!

Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.
