Gegend ist sehr ländlich , Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss(2.Etage), ruhig, ungestört. Umgeben von Bauernhöfen und viel Wald kann man in der Nähe von Salzburg gut entspannen und ist dennoch sofort mit dem Auto im Zentrum des Geschehens. Supermärkte sind ganz schnell erreichbar, der Wallersee in Sichtweite. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Baden und Wandern und um Salzburg zu erkunden. Auch das Salzkammergut , Hallstatt und der Königssee sind schnell zu erreichen.Auch mit Öffis gut machbar.

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Das Apartment befindet sich auf Etage 3 (ohne Lift), kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind am Grundstück vorhanden.

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Das Apartment "The Sun" gehört zu den rustikal-chicen Unterkünften von The Barn Salzburg und bietet Platz für 4 Gäste auf 65m2 (auf 2 Ebenen) mit 10m2 Terrasse mit Aussicht. Das Apartment wurde neu gebaut und im Sommer 2023 fertig gestellt. Naturnahe Luxus wird erlebbar mit natürlichen Materialien wie zB Holz, es wurde nachhaltig gebaut und mit viel Liebe und Sinn für Gemütlichkeit modern eingerichtet.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
