A perfect getaway for friends, couples or small families! This listing is for one of 4 raised platform tents, located at the top of a hill, with a beautiful view. The tent has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails in the woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

This little gem of a spot is on a secluded island in the middle of the Mississippi River. The sound of the rapids will lull you to sleep in your magical tent perched right over the water! With all of the modern conveniences including hot water, outdoor shower, bar fridge, wifi and well appointed outdoor kitchen. This year we are building a treehouse on the island so although we will ensure no construction takes place during your stay, there will be construction materials around on the island

The Stargazer tent is a unique, luxurious camping experience with exquisite views & privacy. Enjoy the sounds of nature while gazing at the stars. The campsite is on 40 acres of fields & woodland & is home to an active organic farm. The tent site abuts the Coxingkill creek. We provide cookware, stove, grill, bedding, towels & water for cooking & drinking. There’s a picnic table, benches, chairs & an outhouse. Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
