The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

Panoramic Sea Views in beautiful Brixham

Panorama House has an elevated position, enjoying one of the most prominent locations in Brixham. A 5 minute walk down to the harbour takes you to shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. The local beach next to the Breakwater with its award winning Bistro is a 10 minute walk around the harbour. Other local beaches include the sandy Broadsands which is a 15 minute drive away, Goodrington with its waterpark or the wild unspoilt St Marys beach which is a 30 minute walk around the Coast Path.

The Pink stylish fisherman’s cottage

A small but cozy cottage. It has everything you need for a few days or a weeks break! Located only 30 seconds walk from the harbour its ideal location. It’s nice and comfortable with old wooden beams giving the whole place that old cottage feel! Please note as like all the Brixham cottages they have a very steep staircase, so please bear in mind when booking. Unfortunately there is no parking for this cottage. Tucked back just 150 metres from the wonderful hustle and bustle of the harbour, in the beautiful conservation area, and just a 2 minute walk to the quayside and southwest coastal path. Superb location to explore all that Brixham has to offer, yet well appointed and romantic to lure you back to relax and just be.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.
