Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.

Our lower level suite with a private entrance, living area, bedroom, and bath offers respite to you! In the beautiful Sandia mountains off historic Route 66 on two pine covered acres. One hour to Santa Fe, 30 minutes to Albuquerque, and 7 hours to the Grand Canyon. Five minutes off I40, it is the perfect place to stay traveling through the Albuquerque area. Rest and renew outside the city in a safe neighborhood. A short drive to play golf, hike, bike, or ski Sandia or Santa Fe.
