The place is kid-friendly, across from a wooded city park with rentable shelters, a playground and a basketball court. In a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital/IU East, 2.5 miles from Wayne County Fairground.

The kitchen features quartz counters, a large farmhouse sink, really nice appliances and thoughtful touches everywhere. The wifi is excellent. Have issues with stairs? This is not a good choice for you. If you're up for stairs and want a unique slice of history in a hip package then you will not be disappointed.

Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.

This cozy bungalow was built in 1900 and is conveniently located right off Main Street & just one block from the Glenn Miller Park entrance. The bohemian decor throughout as well as the original wood details on the staircase & ceiling beams make for an unique setting. It’s centralized location is easy to find & access from any part of the city, and the off street parking is helpful as well.
