I chose to stay at Donna's a second stay because I appreciate the quiet neighborhood and very, clean comfortable home. Communication with Donna is easy and friendly.

The place is a large upstairs apartment built into a single family home with a business on the first floor. Very Chester. Comfortable and warm. Everything was and felt clean, no worries there.

Charming building and area. Skied Berkshire East- very chill mountain, super convenient location. Suite very homey, clean warm. Owners super responsive.

The apartment was perfect for our trip. We were there visiting my niece at Hampshire. It is well kept and Michael’s instructions for getting in were very clear. The place was clean and comfortable. It is close to town and was easy to get around. The game selection was amazing!! And there was enough space to lounge around. We will be back!!

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

My daughter and I were seeking a basecamp to explore nearby colleges but also had one day where we needed to connect to our computers for work. We slept well, had peaceful morning walks in the neighborhood, took advantage of the sunshine on the lovely deck, and enjoyed making meals in the kitchen that had more than all the essentials.

The location is terrific, easy from the airport and close to many other attractions. The facilities were well taken care of, very clean and stocked with all you could need.

Deborah’s apt was just what I needed - quiet, private, safe, easy access, close to campus. Beautiful view into the woods and all amenities were as described. Great communication and Deborah even left some orange juice, eggs, fresh bread, and jam in the fridge!

We came to Norfolk for a show at the Infinity Music Hall. This house was a perfect landing spot to cook dinner before and relax after the show. It was so peaceful watching the snow fall from inside and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook. The appliances were top notch, the house was well decorated and we will definitely rent here again!

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

Adorable cottage perfect for us (2 adults and a 16yo) in town for Mx race at Southwick. Immaculately maintained, adorable nice touches abounded….cookie mix ready to go for homemade choc chip cookies 😋. Zero reservation recommending this and will plan on being back at future events. We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was extremely clean! There were basic necessities provided. It also had a cute, fashionable interior design. The shower and bedrooms were nice. We liked the layout of this property. Our only issue was that either the heater in the master bedroom wasn't working, or we couldn't figure out how to use it.

We spent 2 nights at Edson’s house for a little getaway. Unfortunately, one of our kids fell sick, so we couldn’t explore the area very well. However, the house and the backyard gave us a good time with just being there. There is a little play area outside with swings for our 3y old and we could do a nice walk around the lake. Edson is very responsive and everything was as described. Can recommend.

My friend and I had a lovely two-night stay at Julie's place. The house is the perfect retreat—peaceful, cozy, and beautifully located. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the wood-burning stove and long, leisurely breakfasts on the porch while listening to the river. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality pillows and bedding—we both slept so well! I would definitely love to come back someday with my husband to enjoy the peace and quiet, as well as everything else the Berkshires has to offer. We stayed at Andrews place for the holidays and it was very comfortable for us to stay while also visiting family. The stairs are a little steep and the bathroom is on the first floor so I wouldn’t suggest having little kids alone upstairs. Other than that, it was well equipped and Andrew checked in frequently to make sure that we had everything we needed.

We had a great time! Used this place for a short girls trip and it was perfect. Spacious and clean. The hot tub was excellent and outdoor area was cozy. We really enjoyed the air hockey table and gathering in the gorgeous kitchen. Even though the weather was rainy there was plenty to do without leaving the house!

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

My daughter stayed at Eric’s house during her college visit. She liked the house as it’s located right next to Smith College and surrounded by restaurants and nice shops. And more importantly she had very good sleep after a long day travel from California.

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !

Ashley has a great place!! It was a fantastic place to visit with my friends and reminisce. Weirdly, this rental turns out to be the place my great grandparents lived and did business as my grandma grew up. I did not have any ghostly contact with my relatives in the apartment (I was kind of hoping and not hoping to see them 😂), but I still had such a meaningful time sitting in the spaces they did so many years ago. Ashley is an excellent host and I will come here again next time I “come home”. 😊

I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.

Place was exactly as listed. Clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive. Having the driveway was great too! Close to everything downtown We will stay again

Clean and roomy. My family and I enjoyed hanging out and playing games in between our outings. The space was beautifully decorated and had a welcoming feel. We didn't get to use the outside space bc of weather, but looked inviting.
