高層階角部屋で、どの窓からも海が見えます！　お部屋のインテリアも素敵で、清掃も行き届き非常に快適な滞在でした。 Sharonさんは早めのチェックインにも快く応じてくださり、親しみやすい笑顔と丁寧な説明で我々を迎えてくださいました。 周辺には美味しいレストラン、スーパー、コンビニ、ドラッグストアなんでもあり、夜は付近のリゾートホテルから素敵な音楽が聴こえてきます。 ずっとここに居たくなるくらい、素晴らしい時間でした。また必ず来ます！　ありがとうございました。

Very responsive host, always providing recommendations and taking accountable in every aspect to provide great customer service

We rented the apartment for a month and everything was great. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen fairly well equipped, and the place was clean and smelled fresh. On arrival, we were provided with a supply of paper towels and other everyday essentials. The apartment is on the third floor—not the most amazing view, but it’s quiet. The WiFi works well and is reasonably fast. The air conditioning functions properly and doesn’t have any unpleasant smell. The only downside was when we asked for extra hangers and few extras, they said they could provide them, but only if we paid for them.

Will surely book this place again!!!! Mr. Dindo and his wife are the nicest people. They will keep in touch with you and will walk you through checking in and out of their place. I booked their place for my family in the Philippines for their summer vacation and the kids had fun having their own room and space. I definitely will recommend it to a family or a group vacay.

we stayed only 1 night but we really enjoyed the place. unfortunately the pool wasn't available for the Monday maintenance but we knew it already, so no problem. Great place, great position, clean and Cosy. highly recommended

Really enjoyed my stay. The condo was super clean and had everything I needed. The host was really friendly and quick to respond to any questions, which I appreciated.

Regien was very responsive and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. We are thankful he took us in even with our very last minute booking since we had problems with our previous reservation. The place was very clean and the caretaker provided us the things we need. The place and the view outside the balcony was lovely. We will definitely come back again

새벽에 닭 우는 소리가 들리긴하나 조용한 편이었어요. 하수구를 모두 막아 놓는다면 벌레는 들어오지 않아요. 집이 넓고 가까운 곳에 음식점, 카페, 마사지, 마트가 많이 있고 거리가 깨끗해서 걸어다닐 수 있어요. 두달동안 살면서 문제점이 생겼을때 리아가 해결해 주었어요. 안전하고 깨끗해서 다시 방문하고 싶어요. 그동안 감사했어요^^

Mylene is a great host and keeps in touch as ofteh as possible. Place is tidy and sparkling. Nothing is too much trouble. Building staff are helpful and easy to approach. Definitely a place to relax. It is near Shopwise, the beach and other places to dine.

This was our second time to stay at Guin's Place, this time for the 2025 Toastmasters Club D75 District Conference. Once again, our experience was: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended place with wonderful and responsive host! The accommodation has everything you need for a great stay and the community has lots of dining and activity options (including relaxing walks in the morning and evenings). Inviting more family and friends to stay at this place on our future visits.

The place was better than we expected. Although we didn't get a chance to go to the beach, the kids had a great time at the pool. It's great that the place is not crowded. There were instances when the kids had the pool to themselves. There are a lot of restos in the vicinity so dining out is not a problem. The unit is new, too. Over-all, we had a great experience!

I highly recommend this place , everything is clean when it comes to bathroom, kitchen and bed. And the spot of this unit is very nice because you will see the beach and so far this is the best Airbnb that we try and when it comes to the host , the host is responsive about our concerns . I would love to stay here again .

Loved Grace’s place. Very beautiful resort setting with all the amenities you would need for a vacation or a very long stay. I definitely will stay at her place again when I go back to the area!
