Lovely, newly renovated, but retro influenced studio on a large lot away from the street. Come by, cool off (it's always cooler in Blacks) and watch the deer play. No deer? Look to the sky and you may see a bald eagle. Within a few blocks is the Kitchen restaurant, Irving / liquor store, the harbour, Connor Bros & Cooke's Aquaculture. A bit further is the Grand Manan ferry, sea glass beach, Connor Bros Nature Preserve and the Pea Point Lighthouse.

The Gillmor's Coach House

The Historic Gillmor’s Coach House was designed and built by the Canadian architect Edward Maxwell in 1880 for Senator Daniel Gillmor and has remained in the family since construction. The original heritage as a coach house remains with sliding barn doors, and lathed pillars that divided the stalls. This quaint, unique newly renovated one bedroom apartment, has a large fully equipped kitchen , cozy bedroom, and designated work space.
