Super clean and cute, just a block away from Broadway and all the cute restaurants! She was flexible with check in time and super responsive. Loved everything about it, great for a girls trip!!

I loved my stay at Ron & Susan’s apartment. It felt very cozy and they provided extra toiletries and snacks which was nice. It’s also very close to downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here!

If Emily's place is available, don't look elsewhere, book right away! 10 stars! Our stay was amazing! It is adorable and so homey. The bedrooms were so quaint and the beds were very comfortable! The loft area was so cute and we wanted to stay up there but since there were just 3 of us, we decided to stay in the downstair bedrooms but if you have children or a larger party, the loft is just so cute! Emily really put so much thought into everything down to the plugs for your charging. We had so many outlets for charging our phones, etc. All of the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled, switches were labeled, etc. which was so helpful! She has a great kitchen with a great frig so you can bring in all your own drinks, and snacks. She even has a great washer and dryer! Emily was an amazing host! I am from California and we were visiting during tornado season. We got a tornado warning, I called Emily at night and she answered right away and was so reassuring and answered all ?s

Overall, we had a great time. The house was in a great location. It was well decorated and very clean. The back porch was really nice, and the backyard was next to a creek. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great 3 day stay, celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday weekend at Matt’s East Nashville home. The home was modern & clean and we felt right at home. Although only a mile or so from downtown it wasn’t really walkable, but very easy to Uber to/from. Matt was kind to let us drop off our luggage prior to check in, as our plane arrived early and also extend the check out by 1/2 hour. Thank you! 😊

The house was beautiful with nice amenities. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this house to anyone. ❤️

We spent a week in their beautiful home and it was outstanding! If I had only one thing to suggest to make it better is if they had some cleaning supplies( mainly for the kitchen) As well as more dish towels and some dish cloths. Thank you Tyler and Josh for a wonderful stay!

Nice place to stay. James is a great host. 4 adults all had a place to sleep which was our goal. Private parking area is tight. Towels and linens all appeared to be brand new. No complaints.

James is an incredible host with a beautiful space! Would recommend his property to anyone looking for accommodations during their stay in Nashville. The property is clean and quiet, decorations make you feel right at home, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. We had everything we needed during our stay. We greatly enjoyed our stay at James’s place!

There was some tape and decorations still hanging from the ceiling fan from the people before us but overall it was clean and a great place to stay!
