Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

Lovely Petite Self Contained Studio Annexe with private access & courtyard Patio in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fordingbridge near to the New Forest providing comfortable compact, cosy accommodation for two guests. A 15-20 minute walk to town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs alongside The River Avon. There's a Pub/Restaurant a 5 min walk which serves Breakfast & Evening Meals. The New Forest is a 10 minute drive providing wonderful walks and cycle routes. A 20 minute drive to our Blue Flagged Beaches.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Cross Farmhouse is an established luxurious self catering retreat and an SME Award Winner - Best of British Getaways 2025. The beautiful New Forest National Park and Cranborne Chase AONB are on our doorstep. The Farmhouse is set in its own secure and quiet private grounds of landscaped gardens. We are very happy to have guests host family gatherings and milestone celebrations at the property exceeding the eight guests who are staying at the Farmhouse, whilst respecting our house rules.

Church Path Cottage is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility or as a base to explore South Wiltshire and Dorset. The New Forest, Studland Beach, Stonehenge & the Cities of Salisbury and Bath are all within an hour's drive.

The Manor House is set in 50 acres on the Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire boarders. The Pond Barn is on its own, in a secluded spot next to the duck pond, looking out over the fields. The village has direct access to Martin Down Nature Reserve, right on the edge of the New Forest, where you can ride or walk for miles. 40 minutes from the coast. Chilling, riding, playing Tennis, walking... the possibilities are endless. Bring your horse - a stable/field are available at an extra cost.

Dating from the 16th century, Stable Cottage adjoins the rest of the property but has its own front door and is a completely private and self contained space. Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.

Bay Tree Lodge is a beautiful little space set in the countryside, ideal for a peaceful getaway for two people or can accommodate up to a family of four. We are located approx. 25 minutes from Salisbury, 30 minutes to Bournemouth/Poole and 10 minutes to the New Forest. The Lodge is newly refurbished with all the facilities you should require during your stay with us. A Lovely cedar wood shingle studio with privacy in a beautiful garden full of bird song, and views to Pentridge hill. The studio has a very comfortable double bed, a sofa and wood burning stove for warmth and cosiness. There is an oval table to sit, eat or work at, surrounded by windows letting the sunlight stream in. The kitchen has is a small cooker and fridge and the basics for simple good cooking. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water.
