A 2 mile walk to Jane Austen's house in Chawton and close to Grange Opera, Gilbert White Museum in Selborne, NT Hinton Ampner, and market towns of Farnham, Alresford, Petersfield and Winchester. There is wonderful walking, and easy access to the coast, and for children is close to the Watercress Train line.

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

Barn House is a brand new, modern barn conversion in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Sleeping up to 9 guests, Barn House has a huge modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with amazing views over the peaceful Hampshire countryside. Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

A beautifully converted Cowshed in a rustic style with luxurious Super King bed in a studio suite with added double bunk room for up to four extra guests. Studio has a galley kitchen with hob and oven for basic cooking. Well fitted bathroom facilities including powerful shower and roll top bath and underfloor heating. Relaxing Sofa in main space with Flatscreen TV and wifi throughout. Underfloor heating throughout. Large french windows overlooking an orchard.

Oakwoods, much built in Medieval times, has been lovingly restored by "Grand Designer (Ch 4)" - Monty. Great garden swing. There is a cinema room, minstrels gallery, grand piano, walk-on glass well, open fires, warm brickwork, low beams & panoramic views. Board games, darts and ping pong, plus yoga instructor (by appointment). All around are fields & forests, magical walks and wildlife. Extra guests possible, please ask. Car charging at 3kw is possible at cost.
