Melanie’s cabin was tucked away behind the main shopping strip in Cowes, only a few steps from the Red Jet ferry terminal. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay, we were only sorry it was the wrong time of year to enjoy the sun deck.

We’ve just returned from 2 nights here and we’re very sad to be leaving! The pod has everything you need for a comfortable stay and has clearly been well thought out. The spot is very private and incredibly peaceful. The huge secure garden / field was absolutely perfect for our dog - she loved it. Lots of lovely footpaths nearby to explore too. Can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at Ambers cabin. The cabin was just as described on web site. Everything you need is available utensils,towels etc. Amber was welcoming and friendly.

Thank you for our stay 17-21 April 2025! We found our time enjoyable, space was clean and tidy, easy to find with clear instructions on what to do, the host messaged us details about check in etc and sent us a message on the day when caravan was ready, as it was ready earlier than the check in time so they sent us a message to let us know! Caravan had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. Clean and tidy, with the added bonus of milk/biscuits/tea/coffee/sugar and toilet roll on arrival which is always a nice touch after a journey! we forgot to pack toys for our little one but was great to find a box of big lego and board games/cards available for us to use which went down well in the evenings, so this was great! Lots of places to visit locally all within a short drive - Blue Pool is a must as well as Corfe Castle and the steam train ride! This is our 2nd time staying on the Rockley Park site (stayed a few years ago) 1st time in this caravan but would highly recommend!

This was a gorgeous place to escape. The space was beautiful, clean, well taken care of and provided everything I needed. The location was stunning, It was peaceful and beautiful, and even though it’s on the owners’ property, Extremely private and I felt quite isolated. Friendly and helpful hosts as well. Already thinking about booking myself another weekend away!

A little piece of heaven in Glastonbury, just what was needed. We felt so relaxed there. The property is simply stunning and Talia is the perfect host. We will definitely be there again. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay for the Bank holiday weekend at this beautiful cabin. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so soundly. It was so wonderful to wake up in the morning and open all the windows, so we could sit in bed and take in the beautiful views. David and Jill were so friendly and hospitable — we will definitely be back!

Extremely happy with everything at this place. Kids loved the toys and enjoyed the garden. They wished they had stayed a little longer. We appreciate that there were options of breakfast included, never got that before in any other place, very kind gesture. Very cosy and spacious. Would highly recommend *****

This was the second time we stayed at the glorious little Acorn Hut. Again we were very warmly welcomed by the family and we had a perfect stay! We will go back again!

The Cabin is a perfect location for those looking for a comfortable, out of the way location. The facilities provided are excellent and the Cabin is exactly as described.

WOW- I can’t recommend this listing any more highly. Lou went above and beyond to make our stay special. The drive through her garden/farm to get to the accommodation felt magical, before witnessing the stunning Shepard’s hut. If you’re looking for a cute countryside retreat, this is the one for you. It was so peaceful having a few drinks in the fairly light lit hot tub, before crashing on the large king sized bed. 15 minute drive to cheddar gorge, and only 5 minutes to local pub (or 20 min walk). Lou was super responsive the whole trip and did whatever she could to make our stay feel special. We will definitely be returning next year (potentially with friends as she has another studio with space for 2 more people on a separate listing). Thanks so much :)

Firstly, we will definatley be back in the future! We decided to stay due to its proximity to Longleat but also the coast. The pod did not disapoint, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The weather was lovely which meant the far reaching views were beautiful. Such a lovely peaceful place to stay

We had such an amazing get away, it was so relaxing and felt like home. Paul was super helpful, made us feel comfortable and gave a great recommendation for food. Close enough to get to the Beach and town but far enough to enjoy the quiet and relax!

Lovely stay, loved the cabin and its own private garden was perfect for our dogs.

Kevin’s piece of peace and tranquility was exactly as we expected and more! Utter peace and privacy, comfortable bed and AMAZING breakfast looking across fields towards the sea. We heard cuckoos, flocks of geese and we even saw a sea eagle fly over us while having a cuppa. We will particularly miss the gorgeous ducks and chickens and the ever so handsome Gerald the peacock ( our name for him). A wonderful night’s stay, Thankyou Kevin.

What a quaint shepherds hut. It had everything we needed and more. The decor was lovely and the attention to detail was superb. Even the welcome touches, bread, eggs and milk on arrival. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful few days stay at the shepherd's hut. The hut is so beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and super well equipped with everything you could need! It was so cosy, a perfect little respite. Would highly recommend! Thanks for everything!

Our visit to Moreton was made all the more memorable and special by how unique and perfect our stay in Ruth's shepherds huts was, staying here was the perfect combination of everything we wanted out of a weekend away rolled up into a very well presented and produced package that catered for pretty much every all we could of hoped and asked for, it was truly a pleasure to stop the two nights we had and found it such a relaxing and enjoyable experience to have the privacy and peace of the huts and the surrounding garden to unwind in and bask in the tranquility of it all, Ruth was a superb host and was very friendly and helpful along with always being on hand to assist with any potential issues so I would highly this place as somewhere you can't afford to miss out on if you are visiting this area.

Cosy, comfortable, tranquil and well equipped. Everything we could want for a stay at this price. Thank you Andrea for making us feel so welcome and providing us with peace and quiet within the grounds of your beautiful home.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay in Sheena’s shepherd’s hut. We arrived quite late in the evening but Sheena was super communicative and accommodating and gave very helpful instructions for finding the correct entrance to the property, which were a life saver looking in the dark! The hut is secluded far in the back of the garden with its own driveway entrance so still feels very private. It’s fitted out adorably with everything you could need and we enjoyed using the cosy log burner as well as two spare electric heaters when we wanted to warm up quickly. It was also generously supplied with tea/coffee/milk, biscuits and some kindling for the log burner. The property is a handy 20-30 mins from most tourist locations around Dorset so it was a great base for us to visit Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Seatown/Golden Cap, Weymouth, and even Monkey World :)

We had a great time. Anna was a great host and ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Location was great and the cabin was clean and comfortable

10/10 stay! How often do you find somewhere dog friendly, secure garden AND a hot tub? Whilst having walks galore on the doorstep 🪵 The hosts were fabulous at providing recommendations for pubs/places to eat. The woodlands and game area on site were also a bonus, we were playing badminton for an hour in the sun whilst our dog snoozed near by. The sun was in the garden on an evening which made a great atmosphere for a chill in the hot tub and a takeaway on the outdoor furniture! Town centre was a 3 min drive to collect takeaways or go for a little mooch. Also easy distance from castle corfe, durdle door and lulworth cove! We spent all day out walking but knowing we had the security of a enclosed garden and hot tub when we got home was great as we could really wind down and get cosy whilst having the doors open watching the dog sunbathe🐶 Can’t wait to book again and have told all of our friends with dogs!
