This was our second time staying and it did not disappoint! From the arrival emails with all the details for gate/door/WiFi codes to answering any questions days ahead of our trip - far exceeded expectations. IF you are wondering if this is the right place for a get away with your other half - this IS IT! Do not delay! Suggestions for any guests: When you first arrive, leave everything in the car. Open your favorite beverage and slip into the hot tub. Take the time to relax and enjoy the view - photos do not speak to the calm that staying here brings.

We wanted to stay at a place close to river rafting- out of all the Airbnb options in the area this one truly stood out. Cohost, Brook gave us a ton of info about nearby attractions, using amenities etc. (Wish the digital guide included Riverside Farm!) It was perfect for two couples: The shared living room (no TV) and kitchen area looked amazing and were well-equipped. Each bedroom came with its own private TV, bathroom and balcony. (You do have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the deck/hot tub.) Sleeping in might be tough as the bedrooms have large windows without blinds or drapes but the view is breathtaking. First night was stormy so we were glad we could still use the indoor fireplace. We used the BBQ grill multiple times (previous guests had left a good selection of seasoning!) We left some mustard, ketchup and tartar but they may clear the fridge for each guest. We were extremely pleased with the place and our stay -- definitely the best Airbnb we've stayed at!

It is always so nice to stay here. It is my family's favorite place to stay in Chattanooga. We always have a relaxing stay, easy to enter, easy to lock when we go out. And love the decor, inside and out, especially the updated bathroom, although no complaints on the old one!

Definitely would reccomend staying here! The pillows and sheets are SO SOFT. Easy to find, super cute place! The host was also very easy to communicate with and she answered all the questions I had promptly! Perfect stay for the weekend for my husband and I!

Good place to live and provides all the necessary essentials

Loved our stay! Very easy to find, very peaceful and quiet! Lots to do around the property like catch fish and swim! Lots to do close by, we went to Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium but there was also so much more to do! Can’t wait to go back!

I’m tempted to write a bad review so more dates will be available when I’m ready to come back. This was our 2nd visit and it was great again. So much to do without leaving the house. Fishing, kayaking, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, foosball, fire pit, board games, etc. Great price too! The only problem this time was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, even after a couple resets. Probably for the best though! Looking forward to our next visit soon hopefully.

We really enjoyed our stay and could recommend it. We were attending a wedding nearby and the location was perfect. The amenities were amazing, and we enjoyed having so much space and privacy. We also felt very safe. It got loud some nights due to the heating working, but the weather outside was exceptionally cold some nights. Also, low cars might have trouble getting in and out of the parking but I think there were alternative places to park. James and Angela were lovely hosts and I really appreciated their attentive and considerate communication. I felt if there were any issues they would help to resolve it promptly. Thanks so much!
