Location cannot be beat! Have stayed in the condo complex before, but first time staying at this one. Loved the way the kitchen was setup. Really nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony and relax at night. Will definately want to stay here again.

Literally the most amazing time ever. Erika makes you feel like family instantly. She was always quick to respond and so sweet. Please stay with her anytime you are in the area!

The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was seamless. One of the shower heads was broken, but the host responded immediately and sent a repairman to fix it right away—great service!

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

The location was perfectly centered in Lake Havasu making many things within walking distance and you could get almost anywhere within the city within 10 minutes. The other residents were extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is extremely quiet. The pool was clean and well kept. Close to London bridge and downtown with numerous restaurants. Our favorite time of day was in the morning eating breakfast out by the pool and enjoying the Peace and serenity. The master bedroom and bath has direct access to the pool is an added bonus. Our trip to Arizona was for rest and relaxation and this home was perfect.

Great backyard/pool. Well furnished house with everything you might need. Thoughtful extras in the kitchen like granola bars, hot chocolate, coffee, a can of dog food in case you forgot dog food. All linens, beach towels. The host responded within 10 minutes

Nice home. Well furnished, everything we needed. The outdoor blackstone grill and fire pit are a nice touch. The bedrooms are upstairs, not a problem unless you’re not mobile. We had a boat, the pull through boat parking was convenient. Close to the boat ramp. Overall we had a very nice stay.

We had a phenomenal stay. The house was located in the most ideal location to launch our boat and get good food. We were extremely grateful to find a place that our dog could come with us and be welcomed. We were able to make several meals in the kitchen and on the grill without issue. The amenities for this house were over the top and we look forward to returning. The best part for us was being able to find a place to store our boat and three vehicles with two of them being trucks. We can’t wait for our next trip and hope this place is an option we can choose. We had an amazing stay! The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The swimming pool was clean, spacious, and a great spot to cool off during the day. The hot tub was a real highlight too, so relaxing after a long day of exploring. Everything was well-maintained and the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Another amazing stay at Katelyn's place. Such a perfect, cozy home. This was our second stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the island. Very close to the water. Big 2 bed, 2 bath. Great deck space. It's just perfect!! Shout out to Katelyn, who is a fantastic communicator and a great host!

The home was lovely! We were very comfortable staying there and had all the conveniences we could need. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. The location was very convenient as well. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and the Lake. We would stay there again! Thank you Randy and Suzanne!

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.

Love the queens bay! Luanns space was in prime location. Super clean and felt homey. Great pool for after lake unwinding. Also has all the steaming platforms which was perfect to catch the Olympics!

Laura was very helpful throughout the check in process as well as always letting me know she’s there for us. We had a great stay and would gladly stay there again as the location was ideal and close to restaurants and the lake/channel

Great apartment for the weekend. Spacious layout and great view of the Havasu canal from the balcony. Lots of activity on the beach below the balcony this time of year with boats and music, which we didn't mind at all, but if you are looking for a quite time, you might want to avoid anything near the canal. Easy walking distance to the London Bridge, restaurants, shops, and jet ski/boat rentals. Highly recommend this place for a fun-filled weekend.
