Enjoy biking, hiking, skiing, local culture or just relaxing. 1 mile outside a charming village in farm and horse country, your cottage has a full kitchen/LR, 2 BRS (1 queen, 1 full), bathrm, washer/dryer, deck, patio & yard. Quiet escape from the world. The Cabin settles into its surroundings with deceptive subtlety, while inside it is surprisingly spacious, with generous views of sunrise and sunset and the comforting sound and view of stream off the deck that runs through backyard. A comfy, open plan with workable kitchen and living/dining space, full of light. There is a cozy fireplace for raining days or cold winter getaways. It is a great gathering spot for a family or group of friends. Dogs welcome too.

Born from a decade of falling in love with the Hudson Valley, this historic home is a labor of love by an architectural designer (my partner) and myself. It’s a thoughtfully curated space designed for those who value the modern heritage aesthetic, nature, and the arts. Both short-term and mid-term stays are welcomed!

Welcome! Arrive private entrance, and up one flight of stairs. The den has all you need for a morning meal or takeout dinner and TV. It’s a mile walk or 2 minute drive to the center of Millbrook. Shops, farmers market, restaurants, Tribute Garden, are all in town. Rhinebeck, Millerton, Beacon, and Pine Plains are a 30 min drive, Poughkeepsie is 20 minutes away. Polo, Innisfree Gardens, Orvis, Millbrook School, Wethersfield, Millbrook Winery and the CIA are near. Note: We live on premises .
