Welcome to our beautiful house in Nettleham. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax with large living room space and offers a television and internet access. Local amenities: Co-op groceries shop, local take away shops (Pizza, Chinese, Greek2Me), local friendly pubs, bus stop in front of the house, pharmacy, barber shop, flower shop, coffee shop. 10 minutes drive to Lincoln Historical City (Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Castle). 15 minutes drive to Lincoln Train Station. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a king size bed. The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are parking facilities available close to the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Our Grade II listed lodge, built in 1779, is extremely unique and has undergone a sympathetic restoration to bring it back to its former glory. It is single storey and has been generously furnished and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic luxury, self catered getaway. The Lodge has a large lawned private garden with a patio, furniture and wonderful views. It is set in the beautiful village of Brattleby in rural Lincolnshire just 10 minutes drive from the historic city of Lincoln.

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 3 lovely pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

Relax in this peaceful, rural retreat setting in the quiet Saxon village of Scothern. This stylish large loft space has been newly renovated to a high standard mixing a timeless style with a contemporary flavour. It has a kitchenette (Note, no cooking facilities) with full size sink and fridge; sitting area; dining space; work area and bedroom with separate modern shower room. It is a perfect place to explore the Roman city of Lincoln or to go further afield into the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Hendrix’s cottage

A lovely 2 double bedroom (king size beds) annex with a dining/sitting room/kitchen, which is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Dedicated Wi-Fi with a Smart TV. Ample parking available. This is a totally independent property in the grounds of your host’s house, only 4 miles out of the historical City of Lincoln. The Castle and cathedral are just a fifteen minutes drive away, as are Lincolnshire show ground, Christmas market, University and Waddington airfield.

Come and relax in a self contained guest suite in our modern house situated in a tranquil village. Private parking, entrance and garden. Working or visiting, this is a perfect, cost effective base, with discounts for longer stays. 10 minutes to the cathedral quarter and Lincolnshire show ground, 30 minutes to the Lincolnshire Wolds and 50 minutes to the coast. There is a basic kitchenette with microwave and fridge, or visit the village pub or other nearby pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Located next to the home of Bransby Horses and 1 mile away from the historic ruins of Barlings Abbey, Hen Cottage is an idyllic countryside retreat offering space and quietness with picturesque country walks nearby. The cottage consists of bedroom/lounge, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and outdoor patio.

Sleeping 2, this rural getaway is perfect for those wanting to retreat from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the sweeping views! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

Eat in, or enjoy wine and nibbles, then head out to find superb restaurants and bars. The ideal location for exploring this historic area.

Little Lodge

A little home from home. Ideally situated to get to the coast for some sea air or visit the city of Lincoln for shopping or cultural visit to the Cathedral quarter. There is plenty to see in the area various wildlife reserves, the Lincolnshire show ground for events and we even have a lovely wildlife zoo. And when you have done all that you can come back to Little Lodge and chill out, sit on your own patio overlooking a half acre garden.
