This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

Located on Lapad peninsula beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is approximately 50 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 2A will take you to the Old Town. In front of the apartment is private parking space.
