Our second stay in this wonderful condo. Clean and convenient. A very nice balcony. Comfortable bed and a full kitchen. Will be back again I’m sure.

Had such a wonderful time. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

What a great place to stay while spending a long weekend in Asheville! The host communicated ahead of arrival to make sure the weekend got off to a great start, offering up recommendations for dining, drinks and about the neighborhood. The condo was spotless, well stocked, and met all expectations! Location was awesome, offering up potential to walk to dinner, breweries, galleries or pick your supermarket -Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Harris Teeter. While our car was too long for the spot provided, Mike recommended a public parking garage that was nearby. If we had any questions, Mike was responded quickly! Will definitely look to stay here again for future trips to Asheville! Asheville is still recovering from hurricane Helene. Tourists may not see many of the physical impacts to downtown (outside of Biltmore village / arts district). Crowds have yet to return with economic impacts still widely felt by local merchants. Please consider a trip to help the locals!

The unit was beautiful and super clean! We had everything we needed for a weekend getaway and with the close proximity to TONS of restaurants and shops, we were able to easily walk to anything we wanted to check out. I appreciate the detailed and clear instructions on check-in/out and the added security made us feel safe and right at home. There was little to no outdoor or adjacent unit noise that disrupted our stay. We definitely would stay again!

This place is exactly what you see in the photos. Beautiful. Easy self check-in and the garage spot is golden. The deck is huge, private, and a gorgeous view. The bedrooms are good size and at opposite ends for privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts and morning coffee on that gorgeous deck! Great location, definitely hit Daddy Mac's next door for a burger and a beer. And tons of breweries/restaurants in walking distance. As others have noted - it's at the bottom of a good hill! But it just makes the walk home that much easier every night! Only issue we had was the WiFi. They responded immediately and had a tech there to check it out within a couple hours, but the WiFi never really did work. Frustrating because service was sketchy/slow on my iPad trying to look things up to do. But we weren't home much and never called again about the issue, so hopefully they got it squared away for the next guys! Overall - we highly recommend this unit and will be back!

Felt like home away from home with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to downtown Asheville.

This place is in a great, walkable location! It was easy to access, very clean, and perfect for our home base during our Asheville stay! The parking area was easy to find and very convenient to the unit. There are tons of great shops and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. We highly recommend this spot and unit!

Or stay was absolutely incredible!!!! It was gorgeous and best stay we ever stayed!!! It was indescribable. We needed a place for our anniversary and we would stay here over and over again!!!!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Elevator building and closed garage. Felt very safe inside. Well equipped and stocked. Bed was super comfy too!

Lovely place and location — could walk to most everything. The street at night was not very noisy and you could not hear neighbors. Everything was very clean and orderly except the patio, which was quite dirty (had to clean before sitting), including the floor. The ice maker did not work which was a bummer (had to run out and buy ice), but other than that, this place was great and highly recommend it!

Jeff’s place was absolutely perfect!! It was in the middle of downtown and an easy walk to everywhere :) It was super clean and the perfect spot for my hubby and I!

We loved our stay. The place was great, the location amazing and we loved the views of the city and surrounding mountains from the room.

We had a wonderful stay! Easy to access, clean and comfortable space. Within short driving distance from many places we visited. Loved the bakery downstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay! They were incredibly accommodating and responsive as host. Our fur baby really enjoyed herself. Very spacious for our particular needs. Only about 10 mins from downtown Asheville which was convenient. I appreciated how simple and straight forward the check out process was. I would recommend and stay again!

Nice clean unit. Easy to get to, safe feeling, ez parking. Quick walk to down town.

Place is very new, doesn't look stayed in much so all the amenities are brand new. Great area, barely a block walk from downtown and restaurants. Small patio deck is nice to enjoy the fresh mountain air with your coffee in the morning. Parking and entrance to the building was simple using their mobile app.

Robertino's Airbnb was perfect! Comfy beds, quiet, walkable to restaurants, breweries, and the botanical garden. He was a wonderful host - probably the best I've had since renting through Airbnb. I would definitely stay there again!

Very convenient. Safe, spotless, and comfortable.

Very comfortable, sparkling clean, very nice bedding/linens, furnishing and decor. It felt more like staying at a designer friend’s place than an Airbnb. There were many special touches to ensure comfort. The location is wonderful with most of downtown Asheville within a 10-15 minutes walk. The outdoor space was enjoyed by my family. Only downside is that the busy road nearby is quite noisy. At night I used earplugs just to avoid being woken up by the occasional trucks and loud speeding cars.
