Set in the heart of the Blackmore Vale in rural North Dorset, The Barn@Star Farm is a spacious 2 bedroom self catering holiday let furnished and equipped to a high standard. Recently converted the barn has its own private track and has wonderful views over unspoilt farmland. The property is quietly on the outskirts of the village of Hazelbury Bryan and is within a 45 minute drive to the Dorset Coast. The market towns of Sherborne, Blandford Forum and Dorchester are all within 20 minutes drive.

Our double height wood and stone barn directly opposite our house is found at the end of a long private drive in lovely Dorset countryside. A very comfortable 5ft bed, woodburning stove and pretty views, a perfect relaxing and cosy retreat. Easy access to lots of interesting places. Guests can play tennis and croquet. The Barn sleeps two adults. Ample parking directly next to Barn. Please note the Barn unsuitable for children and infants. NB There are no shops or pubs within walking distance.

Enchanting Manor Coach House

An elegant, relaxed home in the grounds of the Manor in this AONB with walks directly from the house. The pretty village of Winterbourne St. Martin (Martinstown) has a great pub and a super village shop both within a short walk. Close to the Jurassic Coast and spectacular country views, its the perfect place to chill after a walk, a day at the beach (approx five miles away) or visiting the many attractions in and around Dorchester. Guests have a private garden, and access to a tennis court.

Bride Valley Studio, Jurassic coast

Bride Valley Studio is a light, spacious retreat for 2, a perfect place for a romantic getaway. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, the studio is 6x5m with kitchen and sofa. Please ask in advance if you’d like the travel cot and high chair or if you need the single bed putting up. Studio is 15m from our house, screened by trees, with own entrance, patio and parking. This is a quiet spot with fields on 3 sides, a mile from Burton Bradstock, ideal for walking, cycling, relaxing and Hive Beach

Little Coombe at Bookham Court sleeps 4 + a cot. Enjoy a complimentary Prosecco while relaxing in your private Hot tub or chill out in front of the wood burner after a walk along the Wessex Ridgeway/Hardy Trail. This charming Dorset cottage boasts a modern kitchen & ensuite double & super king bedrooms (or twin). Dogs welcome (£30 payable on arrival). Quiet enclosed private patio, wildlife lake, amazing views, shared games room and lawn. Half an hour from the Jurassic coast. Fibre wi-fi.

‘Waterside’ sits on the River Lym, originally built in the 1800’s, inspired by France in the busy port trading days of Lyme Regis. This well photographed house commands its place along this notable stretch of water. Completely and beautifully renovated in early 2021. Enjoy views from the middle and top floor overlooking the 17th century Gosling Bridge and the ‘Lynch’ where the waterway divides to service the town mill. 4-minute walk to the beach, artisan shops & high street.

It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside and Jurassic coast! The town’s amenities are only a short walk away including the new Brewery Square development.
