I had a wonderful stay. There has been some storm damage to the hut I was due to stay in so Linda called me and let me know she had plenty of other options and put me in a wonderful alternative hut. The hut was spotless, warm (with enough wood to keep me warm all weekend) and cosy. Linda was very friendly and responsive. Moonfleet is a beautiful place to spend some time away from normal life and feel in the country side. I can’t wait to go back!

A lovely little place to stay! We managed to book a last minute one night get away in the shepherds hut and it was a perfect choice for us. Hassle free booking with very good communication. A beautiful little hut in lovely surroundings. Easy to find and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The hosts were very welcoming as were the neighbours who owned the big garden/field opposite! Found a great pub (The Crown) in the village where we enjoyed a lovely Sunday carvery! Overall a great overnight stay. Thank you!

We had an amazing one-night stay at this Shepherd Hut with our puppy. Everything exceeded our expectations. The place is exactly as described and matches the photos perfectly. It was extremely clean, and the washroom facilities were spotless with hot water available even at midnight. Arriving late was no issue, which was very convenient for us. In the morning, we enjoyed delicious homemade bacon and egg baps along with fresh coffee. The site itself is beautiful, featuring a dedicated dog field at the end, which was perfect for our pup. The location is also great, being just a short distance from the seaside. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the hut. Fiona was a really great host who came out to us even though it was late and raining! The hut was super warm on arrival and it has an internal heater and towel rail which is nice. It was also nice to be welcomed with some baked goods which we enjoyed the next morning. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well. The hot tub was nice to relax in… you get all the stuff provided for it which is good and on previous experiences this isn’t always the case. We used the Fire pit and you get some cushions to use which are under the bed and extra blankets which again is really nice. It’s exceptionally well thought out and the lord of added extras make it really nice. Would deffo return

Thankfully we bumped into Sally’s neighbour who walked us to the site. ( we ended up becoming friends with them!) The accommodation wasn’t very clean, but it was well stacked with everything we needed and more. Beds and pillows were terrifically comfortable. Bath was heaven, evenings and mornings were paradise. Loved eating al fresco and the site contained everything to make us relax. A special thanks for bread, REAL coffee! Eggs, butter and milk! We loved it and would love to return. Just more attention required to housekeeping!

The 2 ladies that greeted us upon check in were friendly and helpful. the campsite is clean, peaceful, tranquil. plenty of toilet/shower blocks which were clean, modern and accessible whenever my family needed. all guests very friendly. as for the shepherds hut, it was warmer then expected with plenty of room and storage under the main double bed. mattress very comfortable and 2 single beds which could fit up to 5ft 2 child on comfortably. if your on a budget i would recommend arranging food (there is 2 electric hob perfect for pasta) as a family of 4 we walked to nearest pub restaurant st peters finger, was nice but pricey and limited menu. highly reccommended for short stay (1/2 nights) with local links for things to do

I had a wonderful few days in Michele’s Shepherd’s Hut. Although she was nearby, I felt that I had complete privacy. The home-baked goods on arrival were a lovely touch. The setting is peaceful with beautiful views over Chesil beach. At night, there is just the sound of wind and waves on the beach, and the sky is full of stars. Michele had thoughtfully included a folder of local walks and recommended one in particular which I enjoyed doing. This was one of my favourite ever airbnb experiences and I would recommend a stay here to anyone who wants to recharge their batteries.

This Airbnb is the perfect English countryside getaway for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in nature and also be as cozy as humanly possible. Karen and Simon were extremely helpful upon check-in showing us exactly how everything works. from the wood-fired hot tub to the fire pit, they really have thought of everything you would want for a trip like this. it's was also out first time in this part of the country, the whole surrounding area is gorgeous. The Hut was absolutely delightful - really impeccably designed and in such a pretty location. Sheena was great and fast to reply and offered to take us to the shops when we needed! I'd highly recommend.

Bills at Goathill was great, so peaceful and beautiful surroundings, lots of wildlife to look at and birds to listen to. also the pond was nice to sit next to and watch the wildlife. no phone signal which was great for us as we needed a good break from the real world which is exactly what we wanted. Very easy to find with very clear instructions received by Annabel before our check in. Annabel greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us where everything that we needed was and everything you could want was provided. We are very much looking forward to going back one day.

Had a beautiful weekend at the hut. With fully equipped kitchen. Host provided enough coil to keep us warm. I just think that check out time is a bit too early, meaning that we had to clean everything and be expected to leave at 10am. It’s a beautiful place and great location for the area. Would definitely go back and recommend. Only issue is the early checkout combined with the strict cleaning policy.

Had a lovely stay at this cozy Shepards hut. The highlight is definitely the hot tub, which was extra special at night when we could see all the stars.

The shepherds hut was really lovely and in such a nice secluded area. The sunsets were beautiful and my partner, little boy and I had a really lovely time. I especially loved the fire pit which we cooked a couple of barbecues on and the outdoor area for playing games and having a couple of ciders in the evening. Would definitely recommend the shepherds hut

We had a lovely couple of nights in Herdwick hut at Laverstock farm. The farm is gorgeous and we enjoyed walking around it seeing the animals, particularly the pygmy goats, and even had a couple of games of table tennis in the games room. The area around the hut is very private and peaceful, although you could hear some chatter from the cottages above at times. The hut itself is really pretty and cosy and we loved being greeted by the cows in the adjacent field. The separate kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed evenings by the fire pit, with the added bonus of marshmallows left by the host! One thing to mention is that the shared washroom is a walk away, up by the cottages, but it was clean and offered products and towels. A relaxing and lovely stay.

Eine der tollsten Unterkünfte. Wunderbar gelegen an der Jurassic Coast, ruhig und mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Schön eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Kinder liebten den Pool, das Trampolin, die Playstation und die Fasane, die uns täglich besucht haben. Über den Coast Path erreicht man in wenigen Minuten Lyme Regis, sodass wir das Auto gar nie brauchten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

This was the second time we stayed at the glorious little Acorn Hut. Again we were very warmly welcomed by the family and we had a perfect stay! We will go back again!

This is such a peaceful, beautiful spot. Nothing but birdsong and trees to keep you company. Would definitely recommend this sweet shepherd’s hut - the hot tub and fire pit really make it.

Absolutely beautiful cabin to spend a weekend away! My partner and I absolutely loved our stay, the combination of being out in nature with the wood fired hot tub was just amazing. The location is fantastic too, as we drove down to Durdle Door on the Saturday and spent the day in Bath on the Sunday. Angela is a fantastic host and we will definitely be back!

Great accommodation. Super secluded but still only a 40min walk (10min drive) into Lyme Regis. Very easy to get to and really nice space
