Located in the Royal Burgh of Tain, off the A9 & NC500 route, this well equipped space is situated in a family garden with off road parking. The self contained building boasts, a double (UK standard) bedroom, shower room and kitchen/diner/sitting area. Wester Lonemore is a large, south facing cottage. This cottage enjoys a superb setting, with incredible and far-reaching views across the sea to the hills beyond. Large windows drink in the seascape and ever-changing views of skies and sunrises. The country gardens are a real feature of the cottage, attracting many species, including goldfinch, curlews, oyster catchers, osprey and red kite are seen close by. Surrounded by nature. A short walk down to the secluded sandy bay of Dornoch Sands.

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.
