Great house. Host was responsive and helpful. House is very close to the mountain. We had 10 people in the house and there was plenty of room. Overall great stay.

Super clean and comfortable for our group of 5.

This is such a lovely place! Close to lots of ski areas, just down the road from a great hiking trail, filled with nice amenities (hot tub, table tennis, well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture), and lots of room to spread out. Only downside I can think of is the road noise from the nearby highway, but the white-noise machines do a good job of removing any bother from that. If you need a convenient and comfy home base for an active getaway, this place is hard to beat!

Our stay was great. Just as pictured. The staff on the property were super friendly and kind. Very close to Sunday River for a ski weekend. The fire pits were a plus. We would stay again. 10/10

Great home for our large family gathering. Great location near Sunday River skiing, Downtown and snowmobile trails right outside the door. We had a great time and will be back.

We were excited to find Nancy’s place last minute on a very busy holiday weekend. It is very close to Burke mountain for skiing and very close to the cute little town of East Burke. The house has everything for a comfortable stay away and enough space for us all to relax after skiing. We definitely recommend this cozy home!

I was looking for a place to watch the leaves change for the month of October and I found it. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is more spacious than I thought and the views are even more spectacular in person. Access to all parts of Lake Willoughby and room for two distinct groups or families with upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and a midlevel with open concept kitchen, living and dining areas and a full bath and washer/dryer. It is COMPLETELY stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. Incredibly peaceful and I hope I am lucky enough to visit again.

A very comfortable space in a great location to access the White Mountains. We (and our dogs) had a fantastic time. Kevin made the whole process easy. We'd be happy to stay again any time.

Matt went above and beyond with his communication and helpfulness during booking, during our stay, and even after when I’m looking to rebook again. He was flexible hands-on right there when you needed them. If you want a place to stay right on the snowmobile trails the spot is fabulous.

Exactly as pictured- beautiful getaway with peaceful backyard. Really enjoyed all the space my dog had to play outside. Loved using the projector for movie night and the bed was very comfy. Make a trip to dog mountain if you stay here, the trails were gorgeous!!

We loved our visit! Rene's home was super comfortable and clean. It was close to several ski mountains that we got to take advantage of. It was really lovely getting to stay there and we'd love to visit again! Thank you, Rene!

Great spot right near the trails. Loved riding out , ending up at town after a full day and cooking in the stream. Tiki hut lunch and then an easy bike back to the house. This is what kingdom is about.

Loved it. Exceptional place for a family or small group to stay for a visit to the Newport area and/or Jay Peak. This was one of my favorite short-term rentals I've stayed in, if not my favorite. I've never felt more relaxed and comfortably "at home" while traveling with family. There was plenty of room and separate areas to allow everyone (5) in our family to have their own space when they needed it. Kristen made everything easy and communicated perfectly. The apartment (2 story/ half of large house) was well supplied with everything you could reasonably need, and was very clean. It appeared as recently renovated, but in a way that maintained it's historic character and homey feel.

We had a great stay and the location was convenient to Sunday River. Ample space for our family and good cell phone reception, which meant not having WiFi wasn’t a big deal. Was very nice that the host warmed up the house before we arrived.

Jon and the team have an incredible home! This house exceeded expectations for us and provided a calm and peaceful getaway for us and our 3 pups. The views were out of this world, the best kitchen and porch we have ever had in an air B&B, and so much more. The place was perfect and provided a relaxing pet friendly retreat! The addition of a bonus dog beg, bowls, and fully enclosed porch met our needs and exceeded expectations. Could not recommend the location and the property enough!
