You get the whole house & property to yourself. The hot tub is a perfect spot for Stargazing on a clear night !! We have deer and turkeys that visit frequently. A newly built master bedroom overlooks the pond! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. This is a great spot unwind and recharge !

You may also catch a glimpse or our resident bald eagle, blue herons or beavers! The lake is small (42 acres) so no motor boats are allowed, keeping it nice and quiet. Fishermen tout the wide-mouth bass, perch, grouper and more. There are so many ways to enjoy the outdoors--swim from the raft, lounge on the shore or enjoy the fire pit at night.

There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.
