Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

Chiemgau/ Chiemsee (35 Minuten mit Zug) oder Salzburg (1 Stunde mit Zug) liegt unsere geräumige Wohnung zentral gegenüber dem Ostbahnhof in einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof, nahe der Münchner Innenstadt, in angenehmer Nachbarschaft. In direkter Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants und Biergärten.

Sehr ruhige 60m2 Wohnung im schönen Gärtnerplatzviertel Die Wohnung liegt an der Isar und ihren Badestränden, nähe Deutsches Museum, Viktualienmarkt und Marienplatz. Im belebten Viertel gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants, besondere Läden und ein großes Angebot an Kultur. Ein 140cm breites Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein bequemes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sind vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer im Souterrain ist Feuchtigkeit-isoliert und hat eine Belüftungsanlage. Elektrosmog reduzierte Wohnung ohne W-LAN.

The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.
