A detached studio, in a convenient part of West Hobart, close to public transport, walking distance to North Hobart’s cafe/ restaurant/ strip. Suitable for two people with a double bed, ensuite, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only. It is not equipped with a fully working kitchen. Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.

The shopping Village of Moonah is just 4mins drive. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and spacious well appointed kitchen. , coffee pods and a mini cooking pantry.
