Kristina's place was 5+stars. Beautiful home and surroundings, peaceful setting, yet close to hiking, biking, exploring. We had 3 families with adult children and the set-up in the house was perfect - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and "separate" spaces if you needed it. This house would also work well for families with young children. The house itself had everything you need, and Kristina was super flexible, helpful and responsive. Truly one of our very favorite Airbnb stays ever - do not hesitate to book this place. We hope to be back to enjoy it again!

This was an amazing stay! My friends and I came in town for the weekend, and everybody had great things to say about this place. It’s a good spot for short uber/scooter rides, and walking to spots LoDo or RiNo. In terms of the quality, I am very happy with everything about it and Janet’s help. All the amenities were great, everything was clean, and Janet was very responsive when we had any inquiries. I’d highly recommend anybody with a large party stay here.

We enjoyed our ladies’ getaway weekend at The Sanctuary! Michael sent great instructions and was always so attentive to respond to our questions quickly. The kitchen had all the items we needed (not just pots/pans/utensils, but seasoning and oil too!). We did run into a small electrical issue with the lights/outlets coming in/out but Michael offered to send someone the next day and was generous to compensate for any trouble. There are so many places to relax and hang out in the house and though it’s remote, UberEats did have some options on the night we didn’t feel like going into town. Overall we loved it and would love to come back again someday!

Gorgeous location for scenic drives, lots of deer and foxes! Cozy house, recently remodeled. Hot tub was great. The listing discloses that there are cameras but doesn’t specify where. For clarify, there is a ring camera on the door close to the hot tub so you are on camera (and audio) when going out there. Included board games were fun!

Had a very enjoyable stay at Ruben’s place. It was just the escape needed from a hectic schedule!

Our cabin was absolutely perfect. Every single detail was covered and well communicated. We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect cabin for a couples get away. The area it was in was amazing. We found many great places to hike nearby.

Stayed for a month in the larger apartment. Plenty of everything for a longer stay. Gorgeous views, easy parking, convenient location to Evergreen/Conifer and beyond. Flying J Ranch is just down the road for a hike/bike. Great host.

Absolutely great place to stay!! Pamela communicated so well and was just a great host. The place was so neat and tidy with everything you’d need! Definitely one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in!

This was easily the best air bnb we have ever stayed in! The house was easy to find, clean, nicely decorated and filled with anything you could possibly need if you forgot something. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Brenda was so friendly and responded super quickly with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in the area!
