The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Top of the Mesa Lookout Tower

Centrally located in the Grand Valley, on the edge of a Redlands Mesa, sits our Southwestern adobe style house. An outside staircase takes you up to the tower guest room. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. If you like getting away to a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is the place for you.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Located at the base of the Grand Mesa off Hwy 65, we are just 5 miles north of the charming town of Cedaredge. Easy to get to shops and restaurants in town and outdoor adventure on the largest flat-topped mountain in the world where you can hike, fish, ATV, hunt, downhill and cross-country ski, mountain bike, snowmobile and more. After an exciting day of adventure, relax in the hot tub, sit around the fire pit, BBQ or meander down to the creek to relax.

72-acre Paradise on Grand Mesa w/ Nice Log Cabin

Well-appointed log cabin at 9000' on Grand Mesa w/ Starlink internet on 72 acres borders National Forest and boasts unmatched views, massive aspen groves, and direct access to West Green Mountain trail (~1/4 mile away from the north edge of the property). This off-grid cabin has running water, full kitchen & nice bathroom w/ shower via solar PV system, propane appliances & backup generator. NO PETS and must have AWD or 4WD vehicle, no exceptions. Owner's personal residence, treat it nicely!

Our Cave Suites are set into sandstone cliffs above the Gunnison River, within a working orchard. The setting is quiet and private, with expansive views of the fruit trees and surrounding landscape. Each suite includes a kitchenette, natural sandstone shower, and copper soaking tub. The main level has a king bed, with two queen beds in the loft. A private patio overlooks the canyon and orchard, offering a comfortable space to relax in a distinctive natural setting.

Enjoy the beautiful Plateau Valley views from this house. This is a great launching pad for a Western Colorado adventure. Located Just 30 minutes from Vega State Park. 35 minutes from Powderhorn Ski Area. 15 minutes from the Grand Mesa. And just 45 minutes from Palisade. It is also in the center of Colorado hunting unit 421. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. Sleeps up to 6. Fully furnished kitchen for your use. all you need to bring are the groceries.
