We've provided all the basics so that it can be your home away from home. Our guests visit Ball State, Minnetrista Cultural Center, Downtown shops and eateries, as well as walk or bike to the White River Greenway. Many have participated in Ironman or choose to do an extended stay for work. We are in an urban 4-plex apt. building. Expect to hear noises.
