Sleeps 23 but feel free to bring air mattresses for extra guests! Want to have an event? We have seating space for 150!! Did we mention there’s a 27’ pool with a sundeck and sidebar!? For events over 30 people there will be a fee of $1800. We have an additional residence next door that also sleeps 21.
