Smart tv , wifi, underfloor heating.The bedroom has a superking bed, dressing table, hair dryer and walk in wardrobe which contains bedding, towels and beach towels. The shared courtyard is available to enjoy for your morning coffee/evening tipple etc. We live on the premises so should you need anything we are here to help. We are friendly and sociable but tend to leave our guests to their own devices. Dartmouth is a busy, history-filled place with much to offer. That includes great restaurants, chic art galleries, cosy pubs, and fun pop-up bars, together with a great community spirit. It's also famed for its Naval College and unique architecture. An easy ten minute walk from the studio takes you to the embankment where you can hop on a bus to Totnes for lunch and a fantastic shopping experience. Kingsbridge, a pretty riverside fishing town. The city of Exeter , Devons beautiful county town. and not forgetting Plymouth where you can visit the National Marine Aquarium, or walk along the historic Hoe where Sir Francis Drake once played bowls. You really dont need your car once you arrive here in Dartmouth, the bus even takes you to the stunning Blackpool Sands beach. The list of things to do and see is endless. Nearly all our visitors wish they had stayed longer.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Higher Brook Shepherd's Hut

Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
