Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems. Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

East Farwell is the wing of our Georgian Rectory, renovated 6 years ago and updated to provide a contemporary modern home, with huge glass doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the gardens of the main house. A perfect base for one or two couples, or small family (+ dog) to escape at any time of year. On the South Devon Coast path (Salt Path), you can walk to Blackpool Sands, stroll to the pub or local brasserie, 5 minute drive or catch the bus into historic Dartmouth.
