Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Peaceful Place to Enjoy Your Stay in the NEK

Minutes away from Burke and just a hop off of I-91, this is your start and end to a great day in the NEK. There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Starlink internet to upload your adventures at blazing speed!

This mid-century modern home is comfortably situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and is private - it is not actually a "treehouse" though seems like it in its natural surroundings. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. The Shed at Cozy Bnd is new, will accomodate 2 adults, quiet and cozy. Located just West of Larrabee's Building Supply in West Danville, VT. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is located directly behind the property for 4 seasons of recreation. This is a great trail, free for all to walk, hike, bike, ski, snowshoe and snowmobile. Centrally located in Northern VT, Burke Mountain, Jay Peak, Stowe are all very accessible from here for a day trip or dining. We look forward to meeting you soon.

This log cabin is set in the woods in a rural part of northeastern Vermont. Escape the hustle and bustle, clear your mind, and enjoy nature. A great place to get some fresh air or to stay in and take a nap. Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities. Great for a couples getaway, friends weekend, or some quality time with the family.
