Danderyd Municipality: aluguel por temporada em vila

Ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Haus (ein Schlafzimmer und zwei Kinderzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche und schönes Bad) mit Garten in Näsbypark. Ellinor war bei kleineren Problemen sofort erreichbar. Wir haben die Lage genossen: Mit dem Zug und der U-Bahn ist man in ca. 25 Minuten in der Altstadt von Stockholm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in Täby. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke Ellinor!

Björn es un anfitrión encantador y muy cercano, está pendiente de cualquier situación que surja y la resuelve rápidamente y sin complicaciones. Estuvimos alojados durante un mes y por ello tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a varios de sus familiares, todos igual de encantadores que Björn. La casa es muy bonita y grande, tiene de todo, incluso una barbacoa y una chimenea, la cocina es super amplia y abierta. La zona es preciosa y muy tranquila y aunque el metro y el autobús estan cerca recomiendo rentar un coche para moverse fácilmente. Hay 2 supermercados muy cerca y una estación de carga de coches eléctricos a 5 min andando. Han sido mis mejores vacaciones hasta la fecha y buena culpa de esto la tiene esta fantástica casa dónde nos alojamos 5 personas incluyendo una niña de 6 años. Si volvemos a Estocolmo y la casa está disponible, sin duda repetiríamos.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in diesem superschönen Haus verbracht. Johan ist ein perfekter Gastgeber! Das Haus ist problemlos mit dem Zug oder Taxi von Stockholm aus erreichbar. Es hat eine herrliche Lage mit einer grossen, gemütlichen Veranda mit einmaliger Sicht in den Sonnenuntergang sowie einen grossen Garten von dem aus man direkt zum Schwimmen ins Wasser gehen kann. Das Haus ist super stilvoll eingerichtet, man kann sich herrlich erholen! Einkaufsläden und Restaurants und eine feine Gelateria sind in max 5-10min Gehdistanz. Johan ist überaus hilfsbereit, hat für unsere Ankunft alles perfekt vorbereitet und auf Anfragen sofort und sehr herzlich reagiert! Ich hoffe bald wiederzukommen und bin sehr glücklich, dieses Airbnb gefunden zu haben und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Patrik har uppvisat ett fantastiskt bemötande redan innan vi checkade in, och svarade snabbt och vänligt på alla frågor och var väldigt tillmötesgående. Han välkomnade oss personligen och visade oss allt som vi behövde veta om huset! Toppen-host! Huset är fantastiskt fint med härliga sällskapsytor och fin uteplats med grill. Trevligt och vackert! Fullt utrustat kök och många sovplatser.

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood! It was clean and great place for our family to stay! The only thing I’d note is that the master bedroom does not have a door, which was a surprise to us.

This house is very cozy and enjoyable to stay in. Our extended family of different ages had ample space for everything. The garden area is beautiful and there is plenty of parking. The proximity to Arlanda airport and Bromma Blocks shopping center is a great plus. We came in on flights early in the morning and the host graciously arranged for an early check in. The area is natural. There was even a deer grazing in a neighborhood yard. We will definitely return to this beautiful house. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Stayed at Jonas’s family this summer and it was really a great and special experience. To be clear Jonas’s family usually leave there, so you are not getting into a staged place ( or not authentic) but a Swedish family’s house. The public area are very pretty, the sleeping area is more ordinary. It specifies that the place is for 6, but it’s really only 2 adults and up to 4 kids. Now beyond that it’s a fantastic family house, there is a nice sitting area, great kicthen. There are 4 sitting areas ! A brand new Weber barbecue, a trampoline, soccer ball, bicycles and you are in the middle of the forest so kids can roam around easily. There is even TV if need be. The hamlet has few other beautifully maintained houses. Bus is 12 minutes away and goes straight in the center. Otherwise you can go by bicycle in 20 minutes or so, but make sure bikes are available. We really liked our stay, it fitted our lifestyle. We had no car and wanted to have a stay mixing city and nature. Thanks !

We were visiting Stockholm for a concert at the Friends arena and this house was pretty ideal for us. There is a bus stop at the top of the road, with regular service to Solna C. It was easy to get home after the concert too. The nearest metro station is about 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes on the bus), so easy to access other places in Stockholm for sightseeing and other activities. There is a well-stocked supermarket approximately a 10 minute walk from the house. The house itself is lovely, spacious and comfortable. The back garden is a great space to sit out and enjoy the good weather. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and has a family feel to it, so great for a relaxing stay. However, please do bear this in mind if returning late from an event. It’s a great place, but not the place if you want a loud afterparty! (We had no party plans, so had no issues- this is just included as useful information). Thomas was a very friendly and responsive host. Would thoroughly recommend

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay in this warm, classy and welcoming home. Owners have been very nice, considerate and understanding. Overall, our expectations are far and beyond exceeded.

Väldigt fint hem med härliga faciliteter. Vi hade otur med vädret men kunde ändå njuta av avkopplande jacuzzi och bastun. Trevlig och tillmötesgående värd!

The home was amazing and had everything we needed - we were a family of 4 occupying the upstairs and a family of 3 with a small baby occupying the big room downstairs, where there's also a sofa in the room, and one can put a crib. The grill, pool, trampoline, berry bushes, the children's hut and slides and toys in the backyard - everything was incredible to spend a lot of quality time in the home, enjoying the company of friends we haven't seen in a long while. The setting was perfect for us. House amenities are in great conditions and everything came with clear instructions of use. The area is a quiet residential spot, so not a lot to do right there, but the waterfront is about 30min away walking - where you can swim and kayak or just walk and see ducks and geese, and there's a train to city center 3 minutes from the home. all in all, we had an amazing stay and home to return again!

We had a wonderful stay in Marie’s house. She was so friendly and we could feel, that she really cares about the house and it’s good state. We immediately felt home because everything is so cozy and and the interior is selected with love. Thank you for this beautiful week!

Sehr schönes Airbnb, in einer ruhigen Gegend vor den Toren Stockholms. Maria war sehr proaktiv und freundlich, gab Tips und hat uns den Pool extra vorgeheizt! :3 Wenn ich nochmal in Stockholm bin, werde ich definitiv dieses Airbnb wieder wählen!
