Stayed for 2 weeks with my family. The house was clean, beds were comfy and it had everything we needed. Location is excellent, minutes from I35 and about 20 minutes to Downtown Dallas or Waxahachie. Corderius is responsive and an excellent host. 5/5, would recommend.

Was struggling looking for an Airbnb to host 10+ people last minute and can say I genuinely got blessed finding this listing. PLENTY of space and beds to accommodate for 10+ 22-26 year olds, not to mention a very open and inviting living area that made for our pre-event lounging to feel as if we all lived there. House was stocked with plenty of amenities such as towels, extra blankets, etc. which gave extra peace of mind. Was very clean and instructions everywhere which made the stay very easy and enjoyable, will definitely look to book here again next year 😸 (Oh and super friendly and responsive host!)

This is one of my fav air bnbs I have ever stayed in! It was so cozy and perfect if you need to visit friends in Richardson. I will say the dryer and freezer need to be serviced. The dryer turns off automatically every few minutes and the freezer door won't shut which means your food won't stay frozen. Pest control also needs to be called to the property because there were lots of little friends there. But if those services can be made I would recommend this place to anyone! We really enjoyed it.

Natalie’s place was great for our stay and very spacious. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back.

Was a great house and in a great location! Very close to culwell center , had everything we needed and the host was great at responding fast and very helpful! Notified us about a problem that there was prior to arrival and fixed the next day. Definitely would recommend to anybody

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive. The house was beautiful and location was perfect. 10 minute walk to Deep Ellum which has incredible restaurants and nightlife. Would definitely stay again.

Nice spot, accessible in the city. Lots of places close to eat an be entertained. Parking and check in was easy and communication was on point.

Very nice, clean place. Super comfortable had all the utensils i needed. Stocked, had nice, clean towels and shampoo. Parking was very easy. Loved that the actual room wasn’t too hard to find and right there basically at the front gate door. Host was very welcoming, making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Loved the place will definitely be back !

I was looking for a last minute place to stay near downtown Dallas. This place was great. Easy access, no fuss, comfortable place. As is stated though, it is an older building, so if there are people in the other units, you can hear them.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. It was a great location! Close to walk to the convention center and close to a bunch of restaurants. It was a clean apartment and would stay again when we are back in Dallas! The parking spot was a nice perk too!

Needed a last minute place for the night and Cynthia’s place was perfect! Responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

William's apartment was simply fantastic for our trip to Dallas. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and feels very safe. Yet, you can still get to Downtown or Deep Ellum quickly. The location is simply fantastic. The apartment's furnishings are also very imaginative and beautiful. I would like to emphasize Adam's excellent and prompt communication. Thank you very much for that. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Very cute and quaint apartment with all the amenities needed. Parking is a bit tight but otherwise the listing is as described! I would stay here again.

Prit Z & Co host are amazing! Loved this cute and cozy Airbnb. This studio is soo spacious and I admire the high ceilings! Bathroom is HUGE. Private gated parking made us feel safe as well as the exterior security cameras throughout the property. They were so responsive Anndd they checked in with us! Definitely will be staying here again when I come to visit The Bishop Arts District!

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process simple from check-in to check-out. I appreciated the attention to detail and the overall vibe of the space. Great location, walkable to Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, yoga, restaurants, ice cream, bars, CVS. I think I used my car two times in the month I was here! Lots of pedestrians and cars, a lot of renovations going on in the area, felt safe walking the neighborhood, though you might run into a few people walking back from the bars at night. Bed was very soft, shower pressure was strong. Having a dedicated parking spot at the back of the house was a huge plus and even though the driveway is long it’s easy to maneuver! I did see a few people get ticketed for street parking, especially on St. Patty’s day, so if you park on the street, just make sure to use the permit! Rusty was easy to communicate with and had good recommendations!

Amazing stay but the neighbors kept blasting living on a prayer over and over I’m assuming band practice we heard singing as well it was kind of funny the first few times then it got obnoxious. But the stay over all was great

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Ruwani’s place was great! It’s roughly 2 blocks from restaurants, bars and cafes. I had a scheduling conflict that would’ve required me to check out late and she was incredibly responsive and flexible with me. Communicating with her was like chatting with a friend. The condo I stayed in was comfortable and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Most importantly, where most hosts have moved towards essentially having their guests clean their properties and still include a cleaning charge, Ruwani’s check out process was super easy, lowkey and reasonable. I will be in Dallas every Spring and I’ll for sure book with Ruwani again! I highly recommend booking with her!

The hosts were very communicative before and during my stay, especially since I ended up needing to extend my stay. The condo was as described and had a beautiful view of Lake Ray Hubbard. The unit was easy to find and parking was a breeze. I'd recommend this property.
