It is also conveniently located to explore the local English Riviera. The layout is open plan with a lounge and seating area, separate kitchen and shower room. The mezzanine holds a luxury king size bed for a relaxing night of sleep. Outside is a private patio dining area along with secure parking and sole use of the driveway.

Swallow Shepherd Hut

Wood Lane Shepherd huts are based at Ruby Farm, which is a working family farm. It is situated in South Devon, within a quarter of a mile to the quaint village of Abbotskerswell which boasts a pub and cafe. Torbay with its beaches is a 15-20 minute drive and Dartmoor can be reached within 30 minutes. The shepherds hut itself has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. It is south facing and situated in a field rich with wildlife and boasts formidable views across the surrounding countryside.

Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
