The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

There are a total of 3 apartments located in this home; 2 downstairs, and 1 upstairs. This apt. accommodates 2 guests. The property is located directly on deep water, so not suitable for children under 12! Guest can enjoy swimming, fishing, biking, and paddle boarding! NO PET POLICY !

Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.
