The Little (Wee) House

Delightful one bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen/sitting room. The bathroom has a walk in shower. WiFi. Parking , and use of garden furniture. It is located behind our house in the back garden but your privacy is always respected. Ideally located in the picturesque town of Boyle with only a 3 minute walk from shops, restaurants and friendly local pubs. Located 5km from the stunning Lough Key Forest Park facility. Boyle has many attractions like the Abbey and King House.

Warren Lodge

Warren Lodge is a beautiful spacious detached house in the village of Newtownforbes! Walking distance to all the amenities yet set in a quiet peaceful location. Conveniently located 200 yards from the N4 road (Dublin-Sligo) and 5 mins from the N5 (West). Ideal base in the centre of Ireland for exploring the Midlands. Center Parcs is a 20 minute drive. Ground floor, king bedroom ensuite. Our comfortable 3 bed, 3 bathroom home is just a 10 min drive from Longford town.

The Castle Walk

This memorable place is anything but the ordinary. Top notch, high end tiny House in excellent location. Positioned just a stone throw from Roscommon Castle and just a 5 minute walk into vibrant town centre. It is also less than a 5 minute drive to the train station. Our quaint retreat is also right beside the Omniplex cinema. Please notice, it's a tiny house! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 adults. Additional guest possible on pull out couch.

The Cottage

Beautifully renovated Rural cottage, Located 15 minutes from Roscommon town and 20 minutes from Castlerea. This is a cosy house, fully insulated, with central heating complemented by a solid fuel stove, with kindling, turf and firewood provided for your convenience to provide cosy evenings as the night draws to a close and you unwind for the evening. Ideally located for fishing- river Suck 10minutes away and facilities on site for preparation including locked shed.

Family home in the heart of Roscommon town convenient for all local attractions. Hanons hotel is round the corner for meals/drinks. Roscommon town is an easy walk of 1.5k. Roscommon Community Hospital is directly opposite the property. Toys and swings are available for children to play with and a sheltered shed with a climbing wall in case of rain. The house has a heat recovery ventilation system, solar panels, solar heated hot water and Electric Vehicle Charger.

Riverside Marina Apartments (Apt 1)

Newly built apartments on the banks of the River Shannon and located in a secure private marina development. The apartments are fully furnished and guests will be provided with fresh towels and bed linens. There is also a convertible sofa bed for additional guests and travel cots for babies/toddlers. There is a fully equipped kitchen, free high speed wi-fi for the duration of your stay and we also provide books, board games and a smart TV with Netflix.

Peacock House

The Peacock House is located within the Lismore Demesne. It was once the dairy and workers cottage. From the 1980s onwards it was used to house peacocks, giving the cottage its name. After being left dormant for 80 years it was lovingly restored three years ago. These days it is a bright and cozy cottage offering tranquil views of mature trees and park land. There is private access to forest walks along the Doney Stream just outside the doorstep.

The Herd House Cottage

Our cosy 150 year old stone cottage in the heart of Roscommon is the perfect base for exploring the countryside, or just retreating into the tranquility in the stunning natural surroundings of our farm. Due to Covid-19 it is a minimum stay of 2nights, with one night blocked before and after each reservation to ensure everyones safety. There is a wide range of fun activities to explore and see in the nearby areas for all to enjoy.

Lough Lea House

Lough Lea House is a newly renovated and restored bungalow located in the heart of County Roscommon and in the tranquil setting of Lough Lea. The house is situated just outside the historic town of Strokestown and is the perfect base for fishing, walking, cycling or a peaceful escape from busy everyday life. It is the perfect base from which to plan your trips around County Roscommon, the West and indeed any part of Ireland.
