Childwall Cottage

Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Crab Lane Studios

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Cozy City Treehouse Retreat

The ReImaginator is called after a machine in my first children's book that restored stolen imaginations because building this space was the first step Robbie and I took in following our own dreams - we hope it inspires you to do the same. The treehouse is at the bottom of a forest like garden right in the heart of Kilkenny, just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. A true rural retreat in an urban setting. This warm & cosy space is surrounded by bird song - a perfect place to get inspired.

Numerous Sandy beaches are a few mins drive - Ballyconnigar, Ballinesker and the famous Curracloe beach, where you will find a surfing school, fish & chips, pizza and a coffee shop. Wexford town is a 20 min drive with award-winning restaurants.

Lainey's Place, Kilrane Rosslare, quiet & peaceful

Lainey's Place is a peaceful location beside St Helens Bay. Ensuite bedroom, large private sitting room with your own private entrance. Continental breakfast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice tea and coffee are provided. We are a stroll from the beautiful and quiet beach at St Helens bay and golf course. I teach Pilates, face yoga and offer a natural face lift massage in my studio on site for an additional fee. Friendly dog who will say hello, cats, chickens on site. Outside seating.

Creadan, Dunmore East

This stylish and unique studio sets the stage for a memorable trip. A coastal retreat in an idyllic location with stunning views overlooking Waterford Estuary under the flashing light of Hook Lighthouse. Our self contained apartment is only 2km from the village centre and a 10 minute walk to Creadan beach. Ideal base for touring the South East including the Copper Coast and Hook Peninsula. Deck exclusively for guest use. The Studio has underfloor heating, hob and microwave, no oven.

Croí na Darach Cabin (May-Oct)

Croi na Darach is a private, cozy, bright timber cabin. It is set in a large wild garden next to the river Slaney, about 5 km from Wexford town. It is a perfect spot to unwind, relax and connect with nature. If you ever wanted to finish that chapter, paint that picture or just take some time for yourself this is the perfect place for you. It is an ideal location for exploring the Sunny South East , enjoying a romantic getaway or even treating yourself to that artistic retreat !

Blackwater was voted Wexford's tidiest town in 2023 & 2024. Our home is secluded private 3/4 acre elevated site with sea views, ample parking and not overlooked. Ballyconnigar beach 4 min drive(Curracloe 10 min). Wexford town 20 min drive. Hotel, 2 Pubs and Supermarket 4 min walk from house.

Historic Wexford Farmhouse

Kilmallock House is a 300 year old house steeped in history, located in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. Kilmallock is a rustic style farmhouse which oozes old world charm and period features. We are delighted that Curracloe beach (15 mins drive away) has been voted Irelands best beach 2024. It is a truly stunning 10km beach with Raven wood & a bird sanctuary to one side.
