It's minutes from the Tidnish Dock Provincial Park and the New Brunswick Border and 2 1/2 hours to Halifax.

This 4-season cottage is located on beautiful Angevine Lake between the Wentworth Valley and Wallace in beautiful Cumberland County. It has always been a special place for family and friends to relax and be in nature, so I feel fortunate to be able to share it with others in need of a break. It’s located only a short drive from the villages of either Pugwash/Wallace/Wentworth and Tatamagouche. The area offers a variety of opportunities such as hiking, golfing, skiing/biking and local markets.

The Captains Retreat

Welcome to The Captains Retreat, one of 7 cottages on the property, this cute one bedroom cottage, with pine interior is cute and rustic and the perfect place to unwind. It can be for just a couple or if you have kids there is a pull out sofa in the living area. Enjoy your coffee on the deck in the morning or a nice fire in the fire pit at night.
