The cabin is an amazing spot to disconnect from the City. We loved our time, from enjoying a coffee while waking up to the sunrise or having a glass of wine to a calm sunset... it was all inmmersed into nature and away from all worries! It was a busy Easter long weekend, and everything was packed but at the same time wineries were open there were markets and lots of things to do... including trails... up to you how busy you want to get. Thanks Lisbeth for hosting us, we would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristy and Ian’s place. It was the perfect peaceful spot that we needed and we wished we had booked a second night! We picked veggies from the garden to eat with the meat we had brought along, enjoyed some wine by the firepit before passing out in the very comfy bed! Breakfast was fresh farm eggs (byo bread and butter) overlooking the stunning landscape before we got to help feed the calves. Such a magical experience! Can’t wait to return!

We enjoy our stay so much! The house is beautiful and clean, and got everything that we need. Location is very convenient, close to attractions and restaurants. The kids enjoy watching and waving at the Pemberton Tram just at the backyard.

I have already recommended this place to so many of my family and friends. We absolutely loved the location, and the cabin was super clean, cosy and well presented. The views across the inlet are stunning. It is so secluded and tranquil, just watching the swans and pelicans glide along the water is incredibly soothing. We took the canoe out for a couple of hours of adventuring and were so spoilt to have all that majesty mostly to ourselves and the birds. Staying there recharged our batteries. It was just glorious.

LAKESIDE GARDEN RETREAT

Charles and Sally welcomed us to the property in person and with lovely added touches of homemade treats, fruit bowl and museli so we could settle strsight in with a cuppa and enjoy the birds and serenity. The property is absolutely stunning especially in Autumn with the array of colours. It far exceeded our expectations. Inside we enjoyed the log fire, board games, books and well equipped kitchen to make a dinner to make the most of the location. Followed by a lovely bath listening to the frogs. We spent hours walking around enjoying the property and didn't want to leave.

Would most definitely recommend any couples or small families to stay at this retreat. It is such a beautiful and quiet escape from the business of the city. Our hosts, Ian and Marita, made our stay a very welcoming and comfortable stay. They made such great effort to enhance our travel and holiday experience by giving us plenty of suggestions for things to do in town and around. Plenty of places on the property to relax and explore. Do yourself a favour and book this spot for your next relaxing holiday!

Amazing stay, loved how close we were to the Tank 7 and 8 trails. Very straight forward check in. And Melanie was very helpful when we needed any help.

Hosts were lovely ,kind and communicative. Our unit was clean and comfortable . Couch was super comfy after being out all day . Tv would of been better if it had more channels although had Netflix etc (if you have an account) Would definately recommend and stay again . Thanks for having us .
