Lovely cabin in the heart of Susquehannock state forest - remote and just what we needed

Donna is an amazing host. Her cabin is amazing. She is very fast at communicating and will go out of her way to make sure you're having a perfect time. Already have another trip booked and can't wait. You can't go wrong with this place.

Our family enjoyed a long Easter weekend at David’s cabin. It’s very private and peaceful. The cabin had everything we needed and the kids loved playing baseball in the large yard and making s’mores around the fire pit. The deck was the perfect place to read a book and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size for our family of five and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the deck, the hot tub, using the grill. The boys loved all the games and puzzles that were provided. The big TV allowed for a great movie night. Outdoor lights that hang over the outdoor area just made everything so cozy. We loved using the Alexa’s that were provided to turn on lights and play some music. The kitchen was so well stocked it made cooking so easy. Everything was well thought out and we would be happy to come back here. The host was super responsive and accommodating.

The Nanny’s Nook is a wonderful place to stay at. The stream behind the house is very convenient for fishing. The kids caught a lot of fish and even the adults had a chance to catch some too. Lol. The neighbor was super kind. He even brought us over firewood. This is our second time back to the Nanny’s Nook and it won’t be our last. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and being so responsive.

Location, Location, Location!!!!! We had such a beautiful last minute trip to Cherry Springs we arrived at approx 3:00AM, We had a little problem finding the cabin but eventually found it, Check in was super easy and flexible, Minutes away from the cherry Springs Park, ( I recommend checking out Cherry springs country store, and of course going to Cherry Springs State park for Stargazing! The garbage is take with you only, No trash pick up. The kitchen was well stocked and the Overall Cabin, Bathrooms and linens were all super clean. The property was spacious, Well kept even covered in snow. She has wifi but beware ATT has zero cell service, My bf has verizon his service was fine. There are a few beds to choose from depending if you like firm or soft, the queen bed I found to be on the firmer side. Overall I highly recommend staying at Gail's cabin. She is super responsive, Friendly and helpful. I hope I can make it back sooner than later. Thankyou for a lovely stay!!

This is our 3rd time staying at Donna's wonderful place. You can't find another like it, she thinks of EVERYTHING! This is our favorite place to stay near Wellsboro everytime we visit.

Amber was the best host! The place was beautiful and clean and very well taken care of. Nestled right in the town of Coudersport it was close to everything we wanted. We were bummed when we got there and didn’t see the propane fire pit that was in the listing and when asked about it Amber jumped right on it and offered to drop some firewood off for the wood burning pit the next day! (Pesky bears seemed to have wanted to use the propane pit!) We got to enjoy a couple fires on our stay and couldn’t of asked for anything better. Definitely will be staying here again when we come back!
