There are three levels which can sleep 8 people. There are two dining spaces, indoor and outdoor with an iconic stone table outdoors under a jasmine flower lined archway. With all the modern amenities combined with a rustic Italian villa makes Casa Cima a wonderful holiday home.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in località Santa Maria , e' circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como, dal quale dista 15 minuti in auto.
