This spacious, family friendly house has amazing mountain views. You'll often see deer, moose, foxes, and other wildlife just beyond the fence in the backyard. Close to Rabbit Ears Pass, Buffalo Pass, Steamboat, Snowy Range, Gould, Cameron Pass, the sand dunes, and many other amazing outdoor adventures. We offer extra parking for snowmobile trailers, campers, etc. Non-ethanol fuel is located 2 blocks north of this property at Corkle Oil. We also offer a charger for electric vehicles.

Adjacent to Routt National Forest and the Zirkel Wilderness. Nestled in the aspen and pines with private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4wd or AWD preferred travel in winter. The Marmots, will often make an appearance. Wildlife abounds, moose, deer, elk pronghorn, bear, wolf and fox as well as many species of bird call this special place home. The spacious deck overlooks the forest and the mountains as well as the warm water ponds.
